- Edmund and Jane moved to NB with probably 4 or 5 children, Mary, Dorothy, George Webb, Allen McDugal and perhaps Margaret. First settled Sheffield then moved to Gagetown - The deed was dated July 12, 1769 [Saint John Registry Office, Book 131 — pgs. 15 and 161] William Spry of Halifax, N.S. was the grantor. The lot is described as 200 acres in Gagetown, with 40 rods frontage on the west bank of the St. John River.

- 1778 The Indians along the St. John River declared war on England, sent a message St. John stating that they supported America. The Americians told them that were the English were going to take away their liberty and hunting grounds. [Source: All Our Born Days]

- 1783 maybe as early as 1774 to 1781 Edmund and family moved to land between Evandale (located 38 km North of St John) and Oak Point - Called The Mistake- lot was inside a land grant of General Thomas Gage 1767 land was transferred to Stephen Kemble (Kemble Manor) #37 and #38 on NB Cadastral Map 149. This is the land that has been in the family for 6 generation.

- 1856 April 1 Rachal Ford dies [George Webb's Wife] dies Vital Statistics from New Brunswick newspapers volume 16 + 17 1856 – 1859 P2 #31 d. 1st inst., Mrs Rachel Price of Butternut Ridge (Kings Co.) age 86, widow of George Webb Price. She came from the United States to this province with her father, Capt. John Ford who accompanied the Loyalists. She left 251 descendants including, 14 children, 137 grandchildren, 130 great-grandchilden.
