Mr Price had been in his usual health but took suddenly ill. He was a veteran of the Great War, going overseas with the 104 Battalion, afterward serving with a foresters' battalion in France.
He leaves his wife, 6 sons, John A., Toronto and Howard W., Wilfred R., Edward I., Reginald and Willis P all of Sussex, one daughter, Mrs Donald Mullin, Aylesford, NS, his father and mother, Mr + Mrs Isaiah Price, Wards Creek, one brother Irvine, Fredericton and three sisters, Mrs Ralph Price, Mill John; Mrs Thomas Lewis, St John and Barbara Virtue, Ward's Creek.
The Funeral was held from the home, O'Connell Ave at 2:30 pm Saturday to Kirkhill for the interment. Rev Dr N.A. MacNeill assisted by Rev. W.F. Parker and Captains Holmes and Stevens of the Salvation Armyofficiated.
